Shipping Policy

Shipping is included in the listed product price. Each item is made to order, so production and delivery times vary by item and destination. Tracking details will be shared when available. Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout; additional costs may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because the address provided was incorrect.

Returns and Order Issues Policy

Because each item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect size or color selection.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived, contact us within 30 days of its estimated delivery date. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, if applicable. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please contact us before mailing any item back.
